The double bin plansifter is composed of two screen bins, which are suspended on a metal structure frame through a suspension rod, and the suspension bracket is fixed to the ground.

Each bins can be stacked with 6-10 layers of screen grids, which are directly stacked on the bottom plate of the screen without a screen box.

They are compressed by 4 compression bolts and handles at 4 corners.

The double bins palansifter has fewer sieve layers, a simple sieve path, a small volume, and convenient installation.

It is commonly used for flour inspection sieves and screening classification in small flour factories.
