Working principle

The design of the double-shaft paddle mixer is based on a U-shaped tank with a double shaft and a paddle that extends the length of the tank.

The action of the inclined paddles moves the material from the bottom and forces it down between the shafts, which provides a complete and homogeneous mixture of materials.

Ideal mixer for homogeneous mixing of different components (CV< 5%) in the shortest possible time, regardless of density, shape and size.

Mixing times of 30-120s.

Configuration

● Discharging door adopted full open structure and big angle (＞90°), ensure material completely discharge and decrease vestigial; ● Discharging door molding rubber seal to ensure no leakage material; The gap between blade and casing ≤3mm and mixing uniformity CV≤5%(can even reach 2.3%); ● Mixing without dead angle, short cycle, mixing time about 30-120 seconds each batch, discharging time about 3 minutes; ● Shaft end adopted packing seal, without leakage, big access door structure, easy for clean and change paddle; ● Equipped with an oil liquid adding system, Liquid Sprayer adopted atomization, according to the need can install a pneumatic assist sprayer and easy control.

According to the need can choose stainless steel or semi-stainless steel or carbon steel material to manufacture; ● Material mixing uniformity in zero gravity, not affected by material particle size, density and other factors;
