PREPARATIONS

The substrate must be clean, sound and free from oil, grease, curing compound or any loose materials.

Bolt and anchor holes must be clean and free from dust or loose materials.

It is important to pre-soak the concrete substrate prior to application of ITLS Grout GP.

All

water in the anchor and bolt holes must be blown out and no trace of free water present whilst grouting.

Place air channel if necessary to prevent air trapped when pouring ITLS Grout GP.

MIXING

Pour 5.0 litres of clean water into the empty container.

Slowly add ITLS

Grout GP powder whilst mixing.

The mixing must be continued for a maximum of 5 minutes until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

For optimum result ITLS Grout GP must be mixed with Mechanical Mixer.

APPLICATIONS

Pour ITLS Grout GP mixture into intended place, use iron bar or same device to remove trapped air.

Avoiding trapping air and water by placing grout form on one side only.

ITLS Grout GP can be placed in thickness ranging from 10-15cm /layer.

COVERAGE

25 Kg ITLS Grout GP when mixed with water will produce approx.

13.5 litres of Liquid Grouting Mortar.

Availbale in 25Kg Bags STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

Store ITLS Grout GP in cool and dry place with proper ventilated conditions.

Unopened bags

can be stored up to 12 months.

Bags must be stored off the floor.
