Jiangyin Zenkung Forging Co.,Ltd. is situated in Jiangyin city which is the most important part of the economy development area of Changjiang Delta. The forging plant is equipped with 4000 and 2000 tons of hydraulic press machines, 3800 numerical controlled ring rolling machine, 50 and 15 tons of manipulators, 15 tons of charging machine and 12 sets of heating furnaces and heat treatment furnace (six sets of the furnaces are Zr fiber natural gas furnace controled by computer) . The production capacity of hydraulic press machine can be Max. 35 tons and 18m length of shaft type forgings and max. 3.2m diameter of annular forging and disc type forging. The ring rolling machine can produce max. 4m diameter, 500mm height and 4 tons of annular forging and abnormity forgings. Our annual production can be 30,000 tons of open die forging and 20,000 tons of annular forging with carbon stell, alloy steel and stainless steel material. The machining plant has 5 sets of vertical lathes with max. 4 meters machining diameter; One weighted planer milling machine that can machine great forging part of 6m×2m×1.5m; and one deep hole drilling and boring machine with 12m drilling depth and 450mm machining diameter. And several weighted horizontal lathes can machine max.42 tons and 18 m length of shaft forging. To ensure precision test data, the mechanical property lab of physical and chemical inspection center is equipped with advanced 300KN electrical omnipotence material test-bed controled by computer, 600KN hydraulic omnipotence material test-bed, full-automatic compression regrigeration and impact test equipment. The spectroscopic analysis lab has the direct-reading spectrograph that can analyze 26 elements, such as C, Si, S, Mn, Cr, Mo etc. the metallographic lab is equipped with high/low power test equipments, which can carry out macro-/micro-quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The NDE lab can carry out ultrosonic inspection, magnetic and penetrant inspection. The company professionally manufactures all kinds of annular forging, abnormity forging, flange etc. in accordance with JIS, ANSI, DIN, BS AND GB standards and supplies heat treatment, machining and other service. The material of carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel are electric furnace smelted, secondary refined and vacuum treated. The company has rich experiences for manufacturing forging and flange and rich management experiences including material purchasing, forging, heat treatment, machining and packing, which are subject to completed quality control system.
