Established in 1995, we now have over six manufacturing locations in India. In last five years we have grown multi-fold with an average growth rate of staggering 30%. We are ISO 9001:2002 certified and in recent future we are going to get ISO/TS: 16949 Certification. Fully Finished 3 wheeler & 4 wheeler Back Plate of brake assembly DETAILED PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Our broad Product Assortment includes Press Components, Fabricated Assemblies & Cold Forged Components. Press component category includes four wheeler, three wheeler as two-wheeler components of sheet metal, solid bar as well as tubes. Four wheeler components include critical components like Back plates which fit into brake assembly of a vehicle. Three wheeler components include Fully-finished Assemblies like Standard Auto rickshaw bodies, Passenger rickshaw bodies as well as Goods-carrier Trays. What’s more, we also manufacture Customized rickshaw bodies like LPG Cylinder carriers, Grocery shops, Bottle carriers etc. Similarly we manufacture other underbody & other rickshaw parts like Connecting tubes, Starting handles, Front mudguards, front back plate etc. Two-wheeler items involve Centre stand, Side stand, Brake lever as well as Foot rests. Brake levers are manufactured in tubes as well as in Solid bars as per Customer specifications. We supply Powder coated/Plated components which are ready to assemble. Cold Forging is the recent dimension we have added to our capability. Being most critical & technologically advanced process, cold forging component manufacturing is not everyone’s cup of tea. But we have successfully managed this daunting & Herculean task with ease, thanks to our team of experts. We specialize in Ferrous as well as Non-Ferrous metallurgy. Basic advantage of Cold Forging process is that it saves material cost as there is no material loss at all during the process. Similarly we can develope “Near Net Shape” with this technology without any material removal. What’s more, it gives excellent surface finish & grain structure with accuracy. We have developed & supplied Cold Forged parts to Auto-component giants like Hindustan Hardy Spicer & RSB Transmissions Ltd. Our Cold Forged component list includes Bearing Cups, Bearing races, Fastening Caps, Aluminium Cam Follower Pins, Aluminium Cam Follower Lever, Aluminium Piston, Pole shoes, Eye Bolts and many more. And this is by no means the end. We manufacture components as per Customer specifications & requirements. With emphasis on Total Productivity Management (TPM) & Continuous Improvement, Yeshshree has carved a niche for itself in the market which is characterised by extreme pace & cut-throat competition. We are entrusted by leading 2 wheeler & 3 wheeler manufacturers like Bajaj Auto. We are Registered Tier-1 supplier to these business houses. The product is currently under development and will be launched in the Domestic as well as International market. So we are eyeing a good export market as well.
