We are the manufacturer of the power transformer , traction transformer for railway electrification and specialty transformers. Boasting strong technology , along with the CAD and MIS extensively applied , we have internationally advanced production equipment and test equipment . For quality assuring system , we have acquired ISO9001 certificate.
Main product include 35kV ~2500kV dry type transformer (know-how of which is introduced by TRANSFIX of French ), 6 phase 12 pulse and 12 phase 24 pulse traction-rectification dry type transformer for subway station , and all kinds specialty dry type transformer .
The dry type transformer ‘s main characteristic ：
1． High insulation level(H class). Strong overload ability.
2． Strong environment –proof ability , strong anti-quick-cold-to-hot ability and anti-salty fog ability .
3． Low noise and low partial discharge.
4． No pollution and damage to environment during manufacture, operation and even disposal after out-of-operation.
5． Easy operation and maintenance .

Applications:
Aerodrome , bus station , subway station , city light-track system, hospital , power station , high building , hotel , shopping center , residential community and areas requiring fire-proof and explosion-proof .
Our dry type transformer applies NOMEX aramid paper from Du Pont of the US , which has extremely stable chemical performance . NOMEX paper could endure 220°C and self-distinguish after fire is removed . No smoke and poisonous gas will emitted even under complete disintegration.
The workmanship :
Transformer core is fabricated from no-aging , cold-roller , grain-oriented low-loss silicon steel . The core is bonded with insulating belt and painted with cohesive glue. The silicon steel is processed with longitudinal and transverse auto-cutting line from Georg company of Germany . The core lamination is free of burr, ensuring effective reduction of no-load loss , no-load current and core noise . C class insulation paper is applied for H.V. winding and fabricated with digital controlled winder from the US High-conductivity and low-oxygen copper foil imported overseas is used for L.V. winding and manufactured with L.A.E. foil winder from Italy , which has a strong winding stress to ensure good mechanical strength for the winding .
Not applying epoxy-resin casting under vacuum or wrapping , the winding is free of gas bubble and possibility of cracking , and even could be repaired in event of partial damage during transportation or operation.
The special test for our product.
Our dry type transformer is the only one product of high quality in China that has got the certificate from CESI(Italian independent laboratory) of E2 test (environment test0 , C2 test(climatic test), F1 test(fire behavior test).
The E2 test : the product is proved to be capable of operating under severe humid and polluted circumstance .
The F1 test :the product smoke temperature is 239°C (not exceeding 444°C by HD464 standard). Smoke transparency is 63%(no less than 20% by HD 464 standard)
No poisonous gas in the smoke.
