We are glad to introduce to you the new organization that has for name, ORGANIZACIÓN ULTIMATE COLOMBIA. This organization is the owner of the ULTIMATE SUPER DICOTECA MÓVIL. This Mobile Disco is the first of its kind in this country, and it provides its customers with such services as sound, professional lights, professional video production, coordination of events and security and logistics in general for any kind of show. These shows go from school events to massive shows, going up to 45.000 people, giving especial interest to the target group comprised of people in the ages 15 to 35 years old. Our organization counts for such effects with a state of the art sound system, professional video equipment and robotic lights that puts us within the top five discos in the city, making emphasis in the fact that we are the only one that uses this concept and this gender in the Colombia. Along with these services, we have representation of large discos in Venezuela, Spain (Valencia, Barcelona and Madrid) and the largest organization of Djs from Argentina. We also have within our many services, the design and production of tickets for massive events along with a professional studio for production and postproduction of television. In addition to the items mentioned above, in the year of 1998, with the resources of R.C.N. Radio Cadena Nacional de Colombia), we developed a new concept called “notirumbas estudiantiles” (students’ news), these are daily reports with the information of the major happenings in the schools, along with the reports, we take performers to the schools, such as the Puerto Rican artist FLEX. We have also done the HALLOWEEN PARTY that took place in the GIMNASIO BRITANICO School, with an attendance of more than 2000 people, among other events. Given these amenities, we are proposing two main possibilities. The first one would be to get to an agreement in which companies and/or investors from your country might invest in new alternatives such as our organization. Second, would be the viability of getting the mechanisms necessary to get onto the market of your country, and given the case, bring this new concept and organization to provide all of its services to your country, with a national private capital. ULTIMATE SUPER DISCOTECA MÓVIL, generates 10 directs jobs, and more than 100 indirect ones, depending in the type and size of the event, having and average of 25 employees working, (the personnel is comprised of technicians, operator and security personnel, among others). Besides all this, for the type of business the profits are estimated in the area of the $250.000 American dollars, making emphasis in the fact that because all of the services provided by the organization ultimate, the profits could be higher. Ultimate has a different and new concept in the production as a whole of the events and/or shows having as major point in our favor, the versatility and the coverage nationally as well as internationally, which puts us in a very profitable spot. We are offering to investors, participation in the whole process of management as well as the process of making and taking decisions according to the amount invested. The participation of the investors would be of course, in the profits of the shows and events done, produced, or designed by Ultimate Colombia.
