Tri-Ply Construction is a general commercial, industrial, and
institutional contracting firm located in central Washinton
State. We specialize in design-build projects using local and
national design firms wtih which to partner.
We have a list of local and national clients with references
that we are willing to share with interested parties.
We are licensed as General Contractors in Washington, Idaho,
Oregon, Arizona, California and have in process licenses in
Nevada and Utah.
We are experts in wood frame, steel frame, concrete tilt-up,
masonry, and pre-cast stuctures.
Medical facilities (clinics & hospitals), Restaurants, Food
processing, Office buildings, Manufacturing and Schools are just
some of the types of projects (both new & renovations/additions)
we have successfully completed over the years.
We employ on staff fully certified plumbers and cabinet makers
(complete with a modern cabinet shop) as part of our field
force.
