We perform accurate, detailed, quantity take-offs and analyses (often called estimates) on the electrical portions of
commercial construction projects. We then sell these take-offs to electrical contractors who are interested in bidding on the project. Our end product (take-off & analysis) is delivered to the client via e-mail in a Microsoft Excel
file called the "E-xtension." This file allows the contractor to manipulate the take-off data and calculate a final bid price. By using TakeOff16, contractors can bid more work without sacrificing their own in-house resources.
