SPI has been active in the information service & consultation for the power (incl. solar, wind and hydro power) industries since 1999.
The company was founded initially in Shanghai in 1999 with emphasis's on providing Internet application design services (website design, database development and business information processing) and info services & consultation for the energy/power/electricity/renewable industries. We have designed or co-designed with our partners several websites ( from small to medium-sized B2B portals); we provided e-business consultations and we also provided consultation services for an ASP (Application Service Provider) portal for online ISO 9000 documentation, instrument calibration and internal auditor training. We have also provided several detailed consultation services to the solar industries regarding China's renewable industry development and potentials in 2000.
Early in 2001 the company moved to nearby Hangzhou, a picturesque city surrounded by green mountains and the famous Westlake, and we are now focusing info service for those in the power and electricity (incl. hydropower, solar energy and windpower) industries.
