Factory Capacity samtou owns an ISO certificated factory with the area of 1,600 square meters and more than 1,000 skilled & trained employees. From SMT, wave-soldering, assembly, testing to packing, we had built up a complete manufacturing system to ensure more than 30,000 units DVR are exported every month & delivered to all over the world. About R&D There are more than 120 professional R&D engineers working in samtou for mechanical design, electron & software. We realize that continuous innovation is the core competitive power of samtou, accordingly, no lessthan 10% of annual sales areinvested in R&D every year for ensure the products are always in the latest trend of technology. Quality Assurance From R&D, IQC, semi-manufactured products, 48-hour aging test , finished product to spot test of QC, we have a strong QC system to make sure the rate of return goods is lower than 1‰.
