It is located in SHIJIAZHUANG city, the Capital of HEBEI Province, one of the provinces with great reputation in line of textiles in China. There are many garments and fabrics factories, especially in SHIJIAZHUANG city, there are the first, the second, the third, …… and the sixth fabric factory, also has many dying and printing factories. All of these factories produce fabrics and garments for all over the world market every day.
As a large economic province surrounds BEIJING, TIANJIN, AND THE BOHAI BAY in North China, HEBEI Province has advanced transportation net and convenient communication with every place in the world. Not only the group of international airports (SHIJIAZHUANG airport, TIANJIN airport and QINHUANGDAO airport around the BEIJING centre airport), but also has dense high way direct to the above address and the group of ports (JINGTANG PORT, HUANGHUA PORT, QINHUANGDAO PORT AND TIANJIN PORT), It only takes 3 hours from our city (SHIJIAZHUANG) to BEIJING (the Capital of China) or TIANJIN city by car. It takes about 7-10 hours from our city to XINGANG PORT by truck.
As an experienced exporter specialized in textiles and garments, We have steady, larger resources and good factories, which are mainly located in HEBEI and the neighbouring area such as BEIJING, TIANJIN, SHANDONG, also there are some factories in South of China, such as JIANGSU, ZHEJIANG, SHANGHAI and other places of China.
A. The fabric factories can make products as follows:
1. Denims, drills, plain fabric, khaki, poplin, canvas, cotton stretch, flannel, they should be T/C, pure cotton, CVC, yarn-dyed, printing…..
2. Poly pongee, poly taffeta, poly trilobal, nylon taffeta, micro-fibre fabric, N/T taffeta, suede, poly satin, chiffon, Nylon Taslan, wash velvet, poly oxford, they should be dying, printing, compounding and coating, the coating have PVC, PU(Hydraulic PU coating, Micro Cell PU coating), Membrane Lamination(TPU,PTFE,PU,…), PA, color coating, color change coating, wax coating, paper touch coating, . The fabrics have functions such as: high water proof, high breathable, fluorescent（EN471）, fire-retardant, down-proof, Teflon, anti-static, UV-cut, anti-infrared, quick dry. These fabrics are environmentally protective, harmless, should be passed Otek100 standards. If necessary , we can test by SGS, ITS…
3. Polar fleece, interlock, jersey, velour, sherpa, plush, flat-hair flannel, Jacquard fabric, fake fur, Micro-fibre tower fabric, poly mesh, and so on…
B. by using the above fabrics, we can produce:
1. Pajamas, jeans, shorts, pants, shirts, jackets, winter wear, sportswear, cosi-bag，workwear and so on.
2. Outer wear, Rain-wear, safety-wear, safety-vest, poncho, they should be made by water proof fabrics back coating with PVC, PU….also could by PEVA, PVC, PE, EVA, Fluorescent Fabrics(EN471). There have some promotion products, such as one-off poncho, rainwear.
3. Home-textiles, such as: Bathrobes, bath cap, buffer pad, polishing bonnet, bath gloves, mop pad. Towel, baby napkins, Towelling/Cotton bib, Warm-keeping Towel, curtains, table cover, bed-sheets, quilt, quilt cover, pillow, towels, and so on.
4. Promotion Products, such as wallet, coin purse, PVC bag, textiles bag, leather bag, CD case, caps, slippers, and so on……
