Partes Olea: that was the ancient Romans called the hilly region rising on the south-east edge of of Sardinia's vast alluvial plain known as the Campidano di Cagliari. The name clearly refers to the fact that it was the ideal place not only for sheep-raising and vineyards, but most of all forolive groves, wich found there a perfect environment, so much so that they gave the region this name. Today, just like two thousand years ago, the fertile hillsides of the Parteolla region continue toyield their fruits, wich man over the years has learned to appreciate and process without sacrifing anithing of their original quality. The Copar Company, which has been operating in the sector of the productionand processing of olives since 1962, brings togheter strict observance of the time-honoured methods used in olive growing and the use of modern technology in their processing so as to preserve all of their genuineness.
