The extra virgin oil obtained from the Picual olive has a characteristic greenish-gold color. It is fruity and slightly bitter in flavor - as a high quality extra virgin oil should. It is also a dense product, so when placed on a surface, such as salads, it will not freely run off. Because of its great taste and decorative appearance OLIBAZA’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a great item to use on special occasions but is affordable enough to use on a daily basis.
