NTS Management Training is a network-based organisation with a hub providing management and support functions to a network of over 50 skilled consultants. The scale and quality of the network offers the capability to deliver over 7,000 consultant days per year and makes it possible for us to be able to source highly qualified and experienced specialists to meet clients’ specific needs.
Established in 1991, the company’s early growth was through the provision of programmes to private sector clients principally in manufacturing industries. The establishment of partnerships with Lancaster and Warwick Universities in the mid 1990s led both to growth in turnover and to the enhancement of the company’s academic credibility. In 1997, the company was joined by a former local government officer and this resulted in an increasing focus on the issues facing the public sector and in particular Government Modernisation. The latest Board-level appointment has enhanced the company’s capability in research and consultancy activities and these are tightly integrated into our training work.
