The Bolivian Project is a collaborative effort between ABF Gmbh. (Germany), BID (Venezuela), Municipality of El Alto (Bolivia) and Negocios Internacional Ltd. (Bolivia). World Bank financing is currently being negotiated as well.
Our specific involvement in this project is through a irrevocable limited commercial authority as detailed on http://negocios-internacional.com/Docs/vollmacht_churchill.pdf . Negocios Internacional Ltd. owns the rights of marketing and selling the Formex Technology in all South American countries, with exception of Mexico. This entails an investment (purchase) of the rights to the value of 1 million Euro. Our NET income in this project is projected at above 3 Million Euro.
Future projects include a pre-school centre (El Alto) – Value USD$ 1 200 000.00, Timber Concession (Beni) – Value USD$ 2 450 00.00 etc.
