5) FINANCE OR REFIANCE FOR B & C CREDIT BORROWER
We are able to get from $100,000 to $1,000,000 finance for –A or B or C credit Borrower as finance or refinance for any real estate, mixed use property, office complex, apartment complex, retail plaza, automotive, light industry, Restaurants, and any income producing property.
PART B: THE LOANS AVAILABLE WOLDWIDE:
6) ALL 100% FINANCING: WORLD WIDE
A) WITH BANK GUARANTEE:
Any who will bring BG we may get from USD 50 million to USD 500 million as loan.
B) WITHOUT BANK GUARNTEE: WORLD WIDE
Borrower who are not able provide BG we shall able to get from USD 50 million to USD 500 million as JV Funding.
C) CONDITIONAL APPROVAL LETTER: WORLD WIDE
If the borrower has good relation with a bank/private financial institution and get a conditional approval requiring BG or SBLC and if a copy of that condition letter shall be given to us we shall be able to provide BG or SBLC with the bank/private financial institution who gave conditional approval as beneficiary for the 100% of the principal plus annual interest plus fringe cost. The loan from the bank/private financial institution will be paid after one year and the borrower does not pay the principal at all as it is self liquidated
7) PRIVATE PLACEMMENT, HYIP OR TRADING: WORLD WIDE
I have contact who are well versed in this filed and when it come to some needing this service I shall have to give full compliance documents which need to be executed before anyone will take up this deal. I have program with USD 100 million, it pays 400%, with split of 40:40:20 and the assets may be Cash, BG, SBLC or MTN.
