For many years, MCA/InterGroup has arranged funding and loan transactions for lawful, non-military projects worldwide. Proceeds may be used for any lawful purpose including project or trade finance, mergers & acquisitions, downsizing, expansion, refinancing debt, or any other Company use. To fulfill the financial requirements of our clients, there are two types of funding which may be offered: Loans with Guarantees Primarily, MCA/InterGroup provides funding for loans backed by the irrevocable and unconditional guarantee of an accepted institution. The minimum transaction amount for this type of funding is US $1 million with the maximum limited only by the borrowers ability to secure an acceptable guarantee. All transactions must stand on their own merits and exhibit the ability to repay the loan etc. In order to quickly obtain the most cost effective and advantageous financing, clients must provide an irrevocable and unconditional guarantee of an accepted bank or other recognized guarantor. These clients of superior financial strength and reputation not only benefit from the investment returns of their assets on deposit, but also realize terms and conditions cannot be obtained through any other lending arrangement. Loans without Guarantees Obtaining acceptable guarantees can be very difficult. Alternatively, we may offer funding which does not require the use of a bank guarantee. This means that loan is granted based on project merits and good credit history of borrower without the requirement of a bank guarantee. This type of funding is aimed at industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, and agribusiness projects within the private sectors of developing countries.
