surface quality:

1 The surface of the titanium plate should be smooth with its metal colour.

The plate was permited to sand blasting with surface before delivery.

2 The surface was allowed with light darkness and water print in part ；local defects , scratch, indentation and scallops with thickness less than half of the thickness was allowed , but the minimum thickness should be ensured.

3 There should not be macro defects such as crack, peeling, oxide skin, backfin, and mixture with metal and non-metal.

also should not be alkali washed too much.

4The plate was allowed to clear away the local defects along the direction of rolling , but the thickness after clearness should not less than the minimum thickness allowed.

5In addition, the plate should not be delamination.
