Unique feature of castor oil
1 Castor oil density and acetyl value is much higher than other oil.
2 Castor oil storage stability is good, so it’s the typical liquid oil.
3 Castor oil is easy to dissolve in ethanol, but is difficult to soluble in petroleum ether.
It’s viscosity is much higher than other oil, viscosity index is 84, friction coefficient is very low, only 0.1
4 Castor oil is considered a great remedy to treat many illnesses and ailments, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Cerebral Palsy, Hair loss, Pain from Arthritis and Rheumatism.
5 Castor oil and its derivatives are used in the manufacturing of soaps, lubricants, hydraulic and brake fluids, paints, dyes, coatings, inks, cold resistant plastics, waxes and polishes, nylon, pharmaceuticals and perfumes.

1 - Castor oil is a vegetable oil squeezed out from seed of castor, ricinus communis.
2 - Castor oil exist in castor seed, oil content is 35-57%, include large ricinoleic acid(above 80%)
3 - Castor oil is a colorless to very pale yellow liquid with mild or no odor or taste.
Its boiling point is 313 °C (595 °F) and itsdensity is 961 kg/m3.
It is a triglyceride in which approximately 90 percent of fatty acid chains are ricinoleate.
Oleate and linoleates are the other significant components.
