The Company was incorporated in 1989 with a limited liability under the companies act and is promoted and is closely held by two brothers Sh. Sanjeev Goyal and Sh. Subir Goyal. Our Unit is spread over a total covered area of 1,75,000 Sq. Ft. and having production capacity of App. 1,00,000 Pcs per month. This Company in Northern part of India was a composite unit for producing all types of Sweaters for Men’s, Ladies and children in Wool, Angora, Acrylic, Cotton etc. blended Yarns of all types in all gauges in different styles, knits and designs. Apart from this we specialize in Hand knitted/ Crochet products with or without hand / machine embroidery. In 1999, we have started manufacturing and export of Woven & Knitted Garments made out of Cotton, Polyester, Rayon & Blends of all kinds. All the machinery installed is the most modern available in the industry renowned names like Union Special, Juki, Pegasus and more being replaced from time to time with the latest technology available internationally. Our range includes T- Shirts, Sweat Shirts, Track Suits, Bathing Gowns, Swimwear, Jogging Suits, Night Suits, Woven Jackets, Open Shirts, any kind of Tops and two piece sets and all types of Men’s and Women undergarments and Lingerie. Most of the fabrics are made in house like Single Jersey, Pique, Interlock, Single as well as Double Jacquard, Fleece, Velour, Terry, Flat bed Ribb, Auto Striper, Lycra, Waffles, Thermals, Mesh, Sherpa, Shiny Fabrics, Lurex, P.Knit, Honey Combed PK, Self Jacquards, Anti Pilling, Polar Fleece, Boukley, Brushed Fabrics, & Ribbs etc. The advantage of being a composite unit with in house spinning, Knitting and finishing allows us strict control of quality with utmost care at all stages of production laid down as per the ISO 9000 guidelines (Certification of which is under process) and as per the buyer’s requirements. We are of the strong belief that quality is the lifeline of every business. Due to this strong company policy we take utmost care that each and every garment manufactured at Leisure Wear follows the stringent quality norms and passes the strict quality check points laid down at different work stations. We have been successfully exporting the above products to American, European and Middle East countries in big volumes to the entire satisfaction of our customers and have earned a name in this field mainly exporting to world renowned Chain of Stores having shops all over Europe like C & A (Child & Adults), H & M (Hennes & Mauritz) to name a few. The Company was adjudged the third highest and second highest exporter of Woollen Garments consecutively during the year 96-97 and 97-98 by the Wool & Woollens Export Promotion council New Delhi and is recognized as an Export House by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. Our main commitment being production of garments of highest quality levels with on time shipments on competitive prices to the entire satisfaction of the customers. We have a separate R & D Department engaged in developing new samples / Styles according to the changing times / fashion and as per the Buyers requirement, Patterns for production and other day to day sampling requirements such as ranges for the four seasons, Approvals, Salesman / Photo Samples, color / Size Set Approvals and follow ups. There is a in-house quality test lab equipped with the most modern testing equipment for Physical and Chemical examination for color matching, color fastness, Shrinkage test, Strength / Durability test, Staining and rubbing test, ECO friendly Test for maintaining the international quality standards. The orders are achieved through a comprehensive process of Development, Sampling, Cost Control and selling features. Thereafter closely and strictly monitored till the final in time delivery over a computerized network right from the stage of order till delivery. Apart from the above the working environment in the manufacturing area is very healthy with proper lighting, ventilation in full conformity with the human rights and no Child labour is employed.
