Kuwait Industries Co.- Holding, established in 1993 was the first to be permitted to operate as a holding company in the State of Kuwait. The company's objective is to provide corporate management services to its subsidiary companies performing diversified manufacturing activities, manage the investments made in local, regional and international companies and promote new industrial projects.
KIC since 1993 is providing management and financial support services to all its affilated subsidiaries companies in Kuwait. Such as Arabian Light Metals, Kuwait Aluminium, United Glass Co., Kuwait Metals.
The Subsidiary companies products are :
Aluminium extrusion,Surface treatment by anodizing, powder coating, foil lamination & wood finish, manufacture of Aluminium extrusion dies, recycle aluminium scrap; design and fabrication of artitectural aluminium products, glass processing - tempering, lamination, double glazing and decorative glass, aluminium roll forming and sheet metals works.
The company since 1993 had invested in equity shares in various projects in Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Sultanate of Oman, India and Sudan. The company is represented as a member of the Board of Directors in all the companies where investments are made.
KIC and all its subsidiaring companies are ISO - 9000 : 1994 certified for its Quality Management System.
