Located in jiangmen of guangdong, junsheng is a special manufacturer for mould/mold (plastic, metal, die-cast mould) manufacture, final product manufacture, rapid prototype manufacture & plastic products injection. Now the factory is with 7, 000km2, and a staff of nearly 350 members and workers, among which there are 20 engineers and over 60 senior technicians, who can make 3D designing and technical drawings with CAD/cam/cae according to our customers' requirements, and use CNC processing center, edm center, 3-coordinate measurer, nc imitating milling machine, large precision edm, high-speed milling machines, injection machine, spot machine, wiring machine and so on.
Except mould design and manufacture, our main products include shower head, shower set, plastic cups, and crash helmet etc. And we are happy to co-operate with customer who need to do OEM products by using common-used material and engineer material: ABS, acrylic, PC, as, PS, PP, POM, pa, or special request thermoplastic materials: TPE, tpv, EPDM etc.
