J.R. Conkey is a construction management firm certified by the California Office of Small and Minority Business (OSMB) as both a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise and Small Business.
Headquartered in Roseville, California (just east of the state capitol of Sacramento), we also maintain a satellite office in Southern California to better serve our clients and projects in that area. Since our inception in 1980, we have acted as the Construction Manager for our own account and for a varied array of clients. In all, we have completed over 150 public and private projects. Since 1993, we have concentrated in the area of commercial office buildings, prison construction and school district projects. During the past 3 years, we have concentrated our efforts in the areas of cost estimating, scheduling, value engineering and autoCAD and now work almost exclusively in those arenas.
