Jinpu Chemical Industrial Corp., Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers in the line of chlorate and perchlorate series products in China. The company, 20km to the northeast of Leiyang City in Hunan Province, China, is set up alongside the Beijing-Guangzhou Grand Railway and the No.107 National Highway westward; and to the east neighboring the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway. For many years’ development, the annual production capacity of the plant reaches as high as 5500 tons, chlorate accounts for 3500 tons, perchlorate takes up 2000 tons, among which sodium chlorate, potassium chlorate, sodium perchlorate, potassium perchlorate and ammonium perchlorate can be produced not only in accordance with relevant national standards, but also conforming to domestic or foreign specialized standards. Keeping the principle of providing good quality product and delivering good service to our customers, we are sparing no efforts on R&D and hoping to make things better. In order to upgrade our management, we have established comprehensive quality system and quality assurance procedure with reference to ISO9001. In Nov 11, 1999, we successfully passed “QUALITY SYSTEM AUDIT” co-conducted by NORINCO in China, and two other foreign companies in USA and Germany. In the same year of Jan 8, we again passed the “QUALITY SYSTEM AUDIT” conducted by LIMING RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF CHEMICAL INDUSTRY, MINISTRY OF CHEMICAL INDUSTRY which is one of the major scientific research institutions in China. Nowadays, two of our major products: potassium perchlorate and ammonium perchlorate have been developed into complete specification and variety, and are well accepted by domestic and foreign customers. The type of potassium perchlorate that goes through granulation and anti-caking treatment with specified particle size distribution, is in great demanded by the customers. Moreover, ammonium perchlorate has formed comprehensive specification, of which particularly particles size can distribute from 90m~400m, and free flowing property can be well maintained in a long time after anti-caked.
