IAH's vast array of resources allows it to invest in, structure and develop a target company's commercial paper (stock, note and bonds). Once establishing bona fides as an investor and officer (Director), IAH can place that company's notes and/or bonds privately with other qualified investors in augmenting adequate capitalization for the target. Full capitalization is required in order for the target company to export its goods and services abroad. Adequate footings are needed for the target company to receive favorable terms from its banks issuing documentary and standby letters of credit to the company's suppliers. IAH has adequate relationships with several banks, securities firms, transfer agents, legal counsel and accountants needed to accomplish successful investment and placement of its target company's commercial paper and their services and products on a global basis
