Our Inrise Group has been registered in HongKong! It is composed of seven members. Here I would like to introduce our foundry, Ningbo Tongda Precision Casting Co.,Ltd. is located in YunLong Town, south of Ningbo City and the transportation is very convenient.
We are specialized the the Lost-wax(investment)casting and the Lost-foam casting process to manufacture the materials of carbon steel, alloy steel,ductile iron(S.G.iron),gray iron,Aluminum and stainless steel etc. Annual production capacity is over 8,000 tons and produce more than 1,000 kinds of products which are sold to the USA,Canada, Australia,U.K.,France, Portugal, Malaysia,Singapore and Hong Kong,etc.In December 1999,we got the quality system certificates of ISO9002 and QS-9000.In the earlier of 2000, Ningbo ShengTong Precision Casting Co., Ltd. which is a Chinese-Foreign Join Venture enterprise has set up a Lost-Foam (or called EPC process) casting workshop,and our annual production capacity increase 3,000 tons.ShengTong belongs to Tongda and also has the I/E license.
Our products include Auto,and Motor castings,Railroad and pipeline parts, Mechanics/electric and marine parts, Engineering machiner parts and other High quality and High precision metal parts etc.
We are proud of possessing the complete advanced equipments for production,inspection,measuring and testing such as Induction furnace(7 sets), Heat treatmetn furnace,coal gas Furnace, Metallographic exammination instrument, Magnetic particle inspector, Spectrum analysis instrument,Inpact test machine,Universal strength tester, Hardness tester, Three Coordinate Measuring Machine, X-RAY NDT tester and so on.
In order to communicate with our customers and suppliers in mainland more conveniently, we have established administrative office in Ningbo, which seems a ligament combining all the members together.It is a trading company focusing on the products like casting, electronic parts,toys,gifts and agent etc. Now, we have promoted our products to US,UK,Germany,France, Denmark, Portugal, Sweden, Canda etc. Covering most European and American countries and some of the Middle East market. The annual turnover and export volume is already over USD 50,000,000
