High frequency vacuum wood dryer is smaller capacity fast dryer, suitable for hard wood, thick wood or lamina, uniform and effective, no sparking, splitting or bending problem.

1 - High frequency heating: high frequency power acts only on the moisture of the wood, it penetrade the wood and where there is water or moisture, there is high frequency power.

So it dries fast and uniformly.

2 - Vacuum condition

At vacuum condition, the water is vapor at very low temperature, so this eliminate the problem of sparking or splitting problem for hard wood, especially for the type of extremely hard wood that likely to spark if drying temperature is too high.

Further more, vacuum condition creat a minus pressure in the tank, this minus pressure suck the water or moisture out of the wood fastly.
