In 1997,according to the principle "To separate off the public service,to lan stress on the main industry",the factory wad reorganized with share system and Hubei Hanguang Electronic Device Co.Ltd controlled by Hang uang Electron Device Factory was founded. In the same year,the joint venture Company between the gas discharge tubes for overvoltage protection production line and Siemens Company in Germany was established Siemens Vacuum Electronic Components Co.Ltd.Whose name has been changed for EPCOS(Xiaogan)since January,1,2000. Hanguang Eletronic Device Co.Ltd is the one of the earlidt factories making vacuum interrupter in China.
