Habit Properties Incorporated is a member of the Habit Companies family, which is engaged primarily in real estate development, investment, capital formation and related services for its own account, joint ventures and third party clients. The Company is also involved in enviromentally related technology companies and Internet-based marketing concerns. The Company presently has projects in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Mexico. Frank Habit, President formed Habit Companies in 1985. He is a licensed real estate broker and CPA. Mr. Habit recieved his BS - Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina in 1977, and his MS - Real Estate Science and Urban Affairs degree from Georgia State Uninversity in 1985. Habit Companies has been involved in over $1 billion of transactions.
