We are chief machinery maker for gum and chewy like follows: 1. Bubble gum line with double ends folding, side folding and double twist. 2. Chewy candy line like Wrigley's SUGUS stick pack, 10pcs each stick. 3. Chewing gum line, wrapping type with piece-like stick gum, 5 or 7pcs per stick with 2 or 3 packaging film. Chiclets(dragee) in stick, 4 to 10 units each stick with one or two packaging films. 4. Multilane packaging machine for food and pharmaceutical use, powder, liquid and granule packaging in 4-7 lanes, each lane with 60 wraps/min. All our machines are of good quality and stable performance. We have stable and firm cooperation with Wrigley, Perfetti, ...We also sold to Mars, former Kraft and so on. We are pointed as the fixed supplier for Wrigley's chewy project (SUGUS) after chief guy Mr.Jim Ruedisueli from Chicargo Headquarters arranged a visit to us. Our machines impressed him a lot and then we are pointed as their equipments supplier. If you come now, you can still see the extruder we are producing for Perfetti. Most of spare parts are produced by us to ensure top quality and fast delivery. We have many customers who were always using European machines before, but after taking ours, they comment ours are the best at the same level. The piece-like stick chewing gum machine are called "ZERO COMPLAINT" machines by our customers. After we delivered and commissioned, we heard nothing bad from them. 700pcs/min very stable and continuous, only change paper film the machine will stop. According to Wrigley's engineers, the Cut & Wrap machine and stick pack machines we sold reach an OEE around 120% for 8 hours continuous running and even count in all possible stoppage time, much much higher than their GD machines' 70-80%. The Cut And Wrap machine run Stably at 650-700pcs/min, and 55 sticks for stick wrapper (10pcs/stick). Besides, we also have chiclets stick wrap machine, running at 120-140sticks per minute which we sold worldwide. And our high speed chewing gum wrapping machine runs at 1000-1100 pcs/min. We are developping new type stick pack machine for hard candy like GD5000. Each year, we will develop one to two products.
