Goldsmith Group, Inc. has been processing electronic equipment since 1977. The company has been in business since 1912. Originally the primary business was recycling steel. In the 30's we began recycling pipe into playground equipment and other utilitarian products. We have received the Indiana Governor's Award for Recycling based on our efforts with steel pipe. After an accidental introduction into electronic salvage, we have become one of the largest electronic component recyclers in the Midwest. Every year many companies dispose of millions of desktop computers and other related equipment in a number of different ways. Corporations and various institutions, as well as individuals, approach us with a variety of electronic equipment including desktop and notebook computers for salvage or recycling. A wonderful byproduct of our business is the RESALE of good used and surplus NEW technology and related products.
