Shaanxi Star Coal Mine Safety Equipment Co., Ltd. (SSCMSE) was established in 1995. It is a high-tech enterprise that integrates R&D, manufacture and trade into one system. The company is special devote to development and manufacture of safety instruments & meters, petroleum & chemical engineering meter, safety protection products and system management software for coal mine purpose. The products are sells good in domestic market, and also have been exported to dozens of foreign countries and districts.
The company owns about 100 kinds of products in six sorts & series and gains 14 items patent. Among them, “YHW1-425H Intrinsic-Safe Infrared Thermometer ” fills up a blank in China and was awarded the National Technology Innovation Fund for small and medium sized scientific & technical enterprises and the gold prize of London Science & Technology Expo; “KDLZ-210(W) Low-Temperature Carbon Monoxide Filtered Self-Rescuer for Mine Purpose” was listed into the national “Torch Plan”; “KL8M(A) Lithium Battery Miner’s Cap Lamp” was innovated take the lead in domestic and listed into the “Torch Plan” of Xi’an, and “CGHW1-400HL Intrinsic-Safe Infrared Thermoscope Sensor ” was awarded the Gold Prize of Nuremberg International Invention Expo. SSCMSE took the lead of the industry in being certified by ISO 9001:2000 in May 2003, and it wined《Shaanxi Province Excellent Un-State-Owned Enterprise》in October 2006, wined 《AAA Grade Enterprise Of Quality And Credit In Shaanxi》in December 2006, wined《Xi’an “Fifteen” Excellent High-Tech Enterprise》in January 2007, gained 《Excellent Un-State-Owned Scientific Enterprise》 in May 2007; unite with World Fortune 500 American Honywell company in March 2008 and launched the people tracking system in coal mine which has the world leading level; signed strategic cooperation agreement with Xi’an University of Science and Technology in September 2007 and united set up the Coalmine Safety Technique Research and Development Centre to build the first creative flatform combined with production, academic and research in china based on the topic of safety technology; entitled the 《famous-brand products in Shaanxi》 and 《famous trademark in Xi’an》in October 2008; the completion of the new Industrial park in December witnesses the developing and extending of Star.
