Qingdao Global SBS is established based on mutual investment between Huaxia and SBS. SBS.UK has become the biz partnership with Huaxia since 2003 via mutual beneficial and equal cooperation. The excellent producing technics and equipments of Huaxia comes to the deepening cooperation for both parties and the joint venture proposal has been agreed in 2006 for market development and globalization of Huaxia rapidly to reach the strategy of world largest rubber manufacturing base.
From 2007 to the present, Qingdao Global SBS has supplied more than 8000 meters of sidewall conveyor belting, semi-finished products including loose sidewall 89000 meters approx, loose cleat 26000 meters approx and base belt about 5000 meters in almost all types of specifications to SBS UK. to serve for European market, South American market and India market ext.
Our product are fully proved by end user that the quality is relliable in steel works, cement plant, power plant, ship unloader, port, etc.
Beside that we fully assemble the sidewall and cleat by hot vulcanization onto base belt which gives much higher adhesion value than cold bonding way.
We can produce the sidewall belt width from 300 mm to 2400 mm.
The sidewall height is from 40 mm to 630 mm and the matchable cleats are available.
Normal standard abrasion resistant grade, heat resistant grade , flame retardant grade and oil resistant grade belt are also available.
