Anhui Fubo Pharmaceutical and Chemical Co., Ltd., was established through the authorization of Anhui Provincial Peoples Government in Dec. 2000 with its legal address at #453 Shenglidong Road Bengbu and licensed imp & exp right. Fubo owns 40.07 million Yuan registered capital, 150 million Yuan total assets (80 million Yuan fixed assets and over 50 million Yuan working capital), some 1000 employees (210 engineers and technicians), 79, 000m2 land area, two production divisions and the products I. E. Diketene, 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone, acetic anhydride, glucurolactone, acetylacetone and diacetyl aromatic amine etc. After its foundation, the company adheres to taking the technology as soul, quality as lifeline, market as guide and customers as god and are seeking outstanding management and promoting enterprise image.
