With every batch of soap made there are a few "scrap" pieces which are left over after cutting blocks of soap into bars.
They are basically the outer slabs of soap blocks so they contain aesthetic defects that make them unusable for standard bars.
They are essentially "factory seconds" but same great quality soap.
It's a mixture of soap noodle and soap powder available in different colours.
