NANJING KIN YONG FA PLASTIC MFG CO., LTD. is one of the first joint venture specialized companies, which manufacture PEVA, EVA, POE film and adhering plastics cloth through the imported double co-extrusion production line and series of adhering plastic film making machine. For the purpose to develop and manufacture the plastic film without polluting the environment, the enterprise firstly explored PEVA, EVA and POE plastic film instead of PVC film. These series of film have no poison, no smell, high tensile strength and good thermal sealing and light specific gravity (PEVA & EVA: 0.910—0.925g/cm3, POE: 0.886—0.90g/cm3). They also have perfect low temperature endurance and good transparency and can be multi-colors printed when they are dealt. Our film also can be adhered with the following basic material such as polypropylene, ethylene non-woven fabrics, nylon, denim, ethylene filament, polypropylene fiber, aluminum foil and paper, etc. The advantage of the adhering plastic cloth is soft, anti-cold, well rebound elasticity and strong flexure resistance, high tear strength and good adhesion property. The widest is 1800mm. The adhesive capacity is 48g/m2—300g/m2. In September of 1999, these products were passed the identification of Science Achievement and New Products by Light Industry Bureau in Jiangsu Province of China. Nowadays, our products include the following six kinds: 1. Transparent film: No color transparent film, color transparent film Widely used in different package bag such as foodstuff, textile, articles of everyday use and so on. 2.Color Embossed film: Vein Style: fine cloth, diamond, sackcloth, grinding and smooth vein. Used in manufacturing umbrella, raincoat, fashion clothes, shower curtain, ornament cover, suitcover, VCD cover,package bag for light and heavy articles. 3. Both colors co-extrusion film: Used in manufacturing fine bag, bib, apron and umbrella, etc. 4. Film for vacuum casting: Used in enamel bathtub. 5. Fire resistant film: 6. Adhering plastic cloth: It is adhered through advanced extruding EVA, POE film with basic cloth. There are three styles as follows: 1) Single adhering plastic cloth 2) Sandwiched cloth in between two films 3) Sandwiched film in between two cloth Widely used in umbrella, bag, clothes, camp, waterproof mattress, gas-tight bag, military products, medical products, motive water box and so on. Our films are suitable to be welded with High frequency welder machines, supersonic heat sealing machines and conventional sewing machines.
