Particular attention for our 5 000 M2 temperature controled cells ( no - frozen ) devided in independent separated cells of 900 M2 - 1 100 M2 each : one or more cells may also been dedicated to an exclusive customer - for conventional storage ( some are racked) without temperature - control system operational , wether or not requested under Bonded status (Customs and VAT – Status) under close collaboration with an external professional customs clearing – and fiscal representative . Short term ( minimum 3 months ) as well as long term . Beside our Industrial Customers joining us for temporate or permanent (over)stock and third party warehouse management services Foreign Road , Sea - and Air Freight Forwarders do find their way to our premises with their customers’s or local distribution transport subcontractors’ needs to use our infrastructure and services as a HUB for consolidation of goods before Export or for dispatch after Import from and to Benelux / North of France. We are located out of expensive Port Area’s and structured with an associated company tracking incoming maritime containers from or to the Port of Antwerp at very competitive conditions . Target sectors : food ( temperature controlled if needed ) , packaging and building materials, non – dangerous goods to the chemical and pharmaceutical sector , light machinery, drinks , textile/garment/ fashion and related ,electronics , household , IT –hardware , plastics, overstock traders . A brief presentation about our Bonded Warehouse Services in Belgium : bonded warehouses 15 000 M2 ( Temperature Controled Cells included) and ALL related Warehouse Services final partial end - dispatch of the goods to all EU –Destinations to different European Countries upon Picking Lists of the Customer / Importer . Our services include Fiscal Representation ( applicable when the importer to Europe is a non- EU resident or Company ; eg a USA –Company ) as well as Customs Clearance Services EU : at all a unique and strong point to inform about your Customers / Exporters to EU : you may advice us of their names and coordinates and we’ll contact them . We act as consignee of the goods and care till delivery to end – customers in EU. Service : - reception and storage of the presented goods ( container , full truck loads, partial deliveries , conventional , in cartons or drums , palletized ). - (re)packing , (re) paletizing , labeling , filming , marking pick & pack ,sorting following from customers’ received picking list . - stock –out , consolidation , paletizing as to received picking and CMR - list . - loading of the goods . - storage management : bi –weekly or monthly reporting of the updated stock . - administration and reporting for return- and/or damaged goods : repacking, filming as to instructions. - tarifs , handling , procedures , invoicing , reporting …. : customized case by case per customer and task-force. We also take care of the correct Customs Code . - Cleared goods are unpacked and stored per type in our BONDED warehouses - Pick & Pack services in our warehouses under Customs Administration supervise following instructions through Importer’s Picking Tickets instructions - Ready for dispatch to the 120 destinations in France : in this case all road – dispatch is done by TNT – daily dispatch : we are directly connected with the TNT –Dispatch IT System : all boxes /CRT’s are ready , including the printed routing order , commercial invoice and Packing List : 24 / 48 hour secured and tracked delivery service ; the customer / importer receives daily cc of Routing Orders review. - ECT LOGISTICS reports the importer about warehouse - inventory weekly Once the EU destinated goods arrived ( through air or sea) well documented in Belgium ( P/L,Certificate of Origin, Export License – if applicable ) , EU -Customs Code , local commercial invoice ….. we completely take care to final destinations in Europe.
