Zhejiang Sanren Machinery Co.,Ltd.is located at Shizhu Town,Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province, right by the side of No.330 National Highway, enjoying the advantage of convenient transportation. Founded in 1994, now there are 230 workers and staff members. It occupies an area of 89600 square meters with the building floor space of 15000 square meters , the total capital assets amounts to 40 million yuan(RMB).The company has been a" AAA Credit Enterprise" for three years running and a municipal class unit of "Abiding by Contract, Honoring One's Word". In 2001, the company was selected as one of the hundred strongest enterprises in Yongkang City. "SANREN" trade mark is certified as the famous trade mark in Jinghua City,Zhijiang Province.
The main product is a full range of cylinder liners & cylinder blocks for gas engines ,diesel engines and motorcycles,etc. with the annual production capacity reaching 1.2 million pieces. All of our SANREN brand cylinder products are manufactured under the supervision of Shanghai Internal Conbustion Engine Research Institute,the authoritative organization in the field in China.The whole production process ,beginning from the ferrous metal casting, rough machining, aluminium alloy pressure die casting to cylinder finish machining is completed in the company. With the product features of best workmanship,reliable quality ,great variety and competitive price ,our company has become the appointed suppliers for many OEMs , trading companies in China and foreign clients .Sanren cylinders sell well at home market, southeast of Asia, America, Africa and Europe.
At the same time, our company is able to develop new cylinder products ,offer made to order service as per customers' drawing or sample, and undertake the processing business of ferrous metal casting and aluminium alloy pressure-die casting as well.
The foundry of our company is good at resin sand shell casting, other casting processes such as green sand casting, self-hardening resin sand casting,etc. are also adopted. The annual production capability reaches 10000 tons. The pressure die casting plant mainly produces aluminium alloy pressure die castings. At present ,the plant has 7 presses with the locking force ranging from 125T to 800T .The annual output is about 1.5 million pieces.
There are two machining workshops and a mould making and repairing workshop,sufficient machining capacity to match. And the company has a perfect quality control system, equiped with advanced test and inspection instruments,for example, spectrometer for molten metal instant analysis, three-coordinate measuring unit for machining size check, etc.
