Huzhou Gaolin Stainless Steel Tube Manufacture Co., Ltd. was set up in 2000, it is over 55,000 square meters and the asset is over 10 million RMB. The annual productivity is about 15,000 tons.
It is one of the best seamless stainless steel pipe/tube manufacturers in China, who can produce all types of seamless stainless steel pipes/tubes. All the products are strictly implemented to produce in China national standards and some international standards, such as ASTM/ASME, DIN, EN, JIS etc. Because of the advanced manufacturing and testing equipments, skilled workers and excellent management, the products are high in quality but reasonable in price.
The original materials Gaolin used are all from Yongxing Special Stainless Steel Co., Ltd, which is one of the best stainless steel material suppliers in China. Before producing pipes with these materials, engineers would inspect the materials to see if they can conform to related standards and requirement. If not, they will be abandoned.
Specializing in stainless steel pipes and stainless steel shapes or sections, the company not only gained high reputation in domestic market. Some of its pipes have been exported to USA, Switzerland, European, Germany and South America.
Equipment
Huzhou Gaolin Stainless Steel Tube Manufacture Co., Ltd. has advanced manufacturing and testing equipment. The second-phase construction has been finished and one piercing mill, two barkers, and six rolling mills are added. With the original four cold-rolling machines, three cold-drawing machines, four straightenin-finishing lines, heating treatment line and pickling equipment, the annual productivity and scale of the company has been greatly improved. Now the annual produtivity is increased to 15000 tons and the delivery time is greatly shortened. As a result, Huzhou Gaolin has been among the top-class seamless stainless steel pipe/tube manufacturers in China.
Quality
Taking the customers’ profit into consideration, at the very beginning of the development, Huzhou Gaolin spends a lot in forging the Quality Assurance system. Always keeping the basic principle “quality is the trials of life to enterprise” in mind, the Quality Assurance System improves gradually when the company develops. Now the company has the Quality Control Department which is responsible for the quality assurance. In the Quality Control Department there are two senior engineers, six intermediate engineers and several operators who can manipulate the relevant Inspection and Testing Machines.To guarantee quality of pipes/tubes, many advanced quality tesing machines are purchased. The main testing and experiment equipment is Eddy Current Testing Machine(ET), Ultrasonic Testing Machine(UT), Impact Testing Machine, Sclerometer, Metallography System(including Metallography Microscope and relevant Analyzer), Intergranular Corrosion Testing Microscope, Chemical Analysis Machine(including Analytical Balance, Melted Iron Composition Analyzer and 727 Spectrophotometer) etc.

Because of our high quality, we have got ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System(QMS) certificate, English Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Certificate (PED), Germany TUV inspection report, Manufacture Lisences of Special Equipment of People's Republic of China-Grade A.
