With vertically integrated manufacturing facilities of Ginning, spinning, weaving and processing we are by all means, the largest textile company in the region with a capacity to process 4.5 to 5 million meters per month of finished fabric. 12 years ago, we established a dedicated apparel garment division. This division has now grown exponentially and in the process of becoming one of the major backbones of the company. The design team We pride ourselves in innovation and product quality. This enhances our customer service we have a state of the art design department being headed by an expert from South Africa. With a vast experience of more than 25 years, our head of the design department is leading a team of committed and highly trained professionals to add value to our products. The designing & Engraving departments equipped with cad and wax jet facilities. We also provide assistance and support to our customer designers in terms of fabric development, designing themes and patterns of upcoming and emergent fashion trends. Vertical Integration Being a vertically integrated manufacturing facility gives us an edge unparalleled by any other company in our region. Being a proactive company, we continuously invest in the development of new products and new ideas. Our own Ginning, Spinning & weaving plants allow us to create an array of weaves with different types of yarn/fibers. Nothing is impossible, it is just waiting to be dine. Our Technical Assets We have a state of the art processing & Dying facility with four rotaries i.e. latest model two Zimmer 110” & 120” 12 & 24 colors and two Stork 76” & 110” 12 colors, two Monforts thermo sole continuous dyeing range 96” to 120” . All our dyes and chemicals are European origin. We have in house quality control and assurance lab which is fully equipped with latest testing machines and tools. This lab is comparable to any other textile lab in the world. What do we offer We offer fabrics from 4 oz/sq.y to 14 oz/sq.y and our quality ranges from 6x6 counts to 80x80 counts, Our main strength in garments is 100% cotton, Poly/cotton, CVC, 100% viscous/rayon, 100% polyester, Lycra, Yarn dyed, Dobby and many more. There might be many textile manufacturing companies that would offer you the same fabrics but we offer you a lot more than just a fabric. Made Ups (Home Textile) Made ups and home textile of Chenab Limited are admired and being marketed worldwide. Exclusive ranges of articles mentioned are being produced in stitching units of made up division. We can provide what you like and demand. Made up division have been equipped with all the required modern machinery i.e. Quilting, embroidery, e-cording, Stitching, Pleating, Button Holing, Button Fixing, Safety Over lock, Steam press, Cutting and Packing machines. Our monthly production is 1.25 million pcs/month. Some of products are Comforters, Quilt Cover, Flat Sheet, Fitted Sheet, Curtain, Shower curtain, Valance, Pouf Valance, Bed Skirts, Sofa cover, Table Cloth, Cot Bumper, Pillow Cover, Sham, Napkin, Oven Gloves, Bed Spread and a lot more. Garments division This division produce a wide range of garments and beyond these can also be produced as all the resources are available including a team of highly qualified, professionals and experienced designers. Cutting section of garments division is quite organized and modern, equipped with GGT pattern computer, GGT Digitizer, AP 3000 Plotter, Eastman cutter, GGT automatic spreader, also stitching unit equipped with E-Cording machine, Pleating, Picotting, Trapunto, Hem stitch & Smoking Machines. Also we have in house embroidery section having 3 Barudan machines (9 colors with 20 head having dimension 30x30 cm) & 17 single tread machines. Our own garments division having 750 stitching machines of different types with capacity is from 400,000 to 450,000 pieces per month. Our specialties are shirts, Trousers, Shorts, Skirts, Nightwear’s, Aprons, House Coats, Sportswear, Work wears, PJ sets, Jumper, Bathrobes & Robes.
