Introduction:

BT-9801Z is a kind of nucleating agent belonging to organic salts, which is white powder and has excellent disperse, good chemical inertia and heat stability.

It is can be used to increase the crystallizing temperature of PP and to speed up the crystallizing velocity, to promote the crystallization of resin and to fine the structure of crystal grain through providing the crystal nuclei, thus it can obviously improve the optical and mechanical performances of products.

This agent is applied to nucleating modification for PP products.

By adding this agent, the glossiness, rigidity, stretching strength and flexural modulus of PP products are effectively enhanced, while moulding period is shortened, production efficiency is also greatly improved.

This product is verified as a nontoxic chemical by the Prevention and Control Centre of Disease connected in China.

Performance index: melting point 380 ºC; stacking density: 0.20 3 g/cm3 -

Application:

BT-9801Z can be directly used when mixed with PP resin, or added in the form of mother grains.

Recommended dosage is 0.1% 0.2%.

Packaging and storage:

10 kg are packed in a paper box with PE package bag inside.

Stored in a ventilated, dry and cool place; Avoid direct exposure to the sun as well as heat source and humidity.
