As Commercial Finance Brokers we source finance to fund projects from clients around the world. The projects we consider are all commercial and we will even assist with development finance for purchasing and building residential properties. The applicant does not have to live in the same country that the project funding is required. We consider applications from individuals and brokers/agents acting on behalf of their clients. Funding is available from $1 million USD and we have no maximum amount. Some projects will require the client to purchase an insurance bond and others they will have to pay the lender for a valuation or appraisal fee on the project they are looking to fund. In the last three months we have sourced over 2 billion dollars in funding for projects around the world. Some examples of these are; venture finance for second stage funding for a UK company wanting to launch a website funding sourced $1,000,000, $2,300,000 development and purchase finance to buy a plot of land and build several residentail properties for a spanish company buying in portugal, $34,000,000 for a UK Company to buy and develop land in USA, $5,000,000 for the purchase of an aviation company in Europe, £15,000,000 venture capital and $50,000,000 for development of fish farms We will consider all applications even if they have been declined by previous lending institutions.
