Our choice of location at Akure in Ondo state, a rich state in term of resources, all the adjoining state i.e Osun state, Ekiti state, Edo state, Kogi state, Kwara state, Niger state, are rich in all the above , is gateway to the eastern Nigeria, federal capital territory, in short it could service up to other Northern state. Our proximity location to Nigerian states is half way, we serve from the middle making there going to Lagos irrelevant, we run alternative private port, where everything relating to export from Nigeria could be handled one stop port, we have resident custom’s, bank, statutory agencies i.e NAFDAC, SON, federal produce board, plant and quarantine, port police, state security service(SSS), National Law Enforcement Agencies(NDLEA) e.t.c as it applicable in the main port. We also have as resident all the international inspection agencies i.e. SGS, COTECNA, Burea vertias e.t.c to carry out quality inspection of and commodities goods or products that the foreign buyer want to be assured of the quality of buying goods or product s be shipment overseas in whatever payment method of payment used.
