2.SAMPLING/PRICING
Designing: 7-10 daysLead time for counter sample: 15-20 days
Lead time for quotation: 3 business working days
Cost of sampling/mould (If applicable): sample and shipping charges will be borne by customers.
Payment can be made to company's USD bank account or via Western Union Services.
3. PRODUCTS/PRODUCTION
Products: 1. Bamboo bags, trays, ceiling, furniture and house (main)
2. Silk night dress, lacquer lamps and shoes, wood carving products (newly established for few trial orders)
Customer/market: Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Russia
Capacity: 1000 units/month (except house and furniture)
Peak season: (January- March and July - September)
Numbers of days off: Sunday and Public Holidays
Min order: depending on each product. Usually 10-30 pcs (house and furniture: 1-10 units or sets)

4. PAYMENT
Term of payment: New customers: 50% deposit in advance (after the proforma invoice is faxed to customer to inform total value of the contract), 50%: 1 week prior to delivery (copy of B/L is faxed to customer to inform that the products are ready to be delivered ).Regular customers: 30%-50% in advance, the remaining: 4-6 weeks after receiving goods L/C at sight for order value above 15,000 USD (optional)
