PRODUCTION CAPACITY ARTGLOBAL combined handwork and machine work and obtained high production volume with the best quality.Thanks to the high technology we reached big quantities without losing high quality. PRODUCTION QUALITY ARTGLOBAL has a five phase quality control of the goods during production.From the first quality control point the last step which is to PACKAGİNG defected goods are eliminated.And all the products are subject to ARTGLOBAL patent protection-plating process which increases endurance against humidity. ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS For all the products expect for the A-B Group ones,80% wood + 20% special composite materials are used.The wood is designed after being kept in SHELLAC pool for four days for impregnation.A-B Group small and middle size products are produced from 100% special composite material. After the last plating and gilding process all the products are plated once again with a speciall composite crystalline materials which will provide the gild from losing its color due to oxidation in time.With this technology very high quality products are achieved. PRODUCT VARITIES As all the designing,modelling and manufacturing are all realized by the company itself the models can be limited by nothing but only the imagination of the customers.So we can say that the styles,quantity of versions,kind of gild or plating,colour or tone of gild are limitless and just depends on the taste of customers. It is the company policy to supply its customers with original (never imitation or copy ) and high quality products. ARTGLOBAL PRODUCT AND MODEL DETAILS Artglobal products can be divided into two groups: A) Antique style products. B) Modern and ultra-modern products. ( Oval and/or square models ) Outer dimensions of the products of both groups vary from ( as height and width ) 27 X 25 to 300 X 250 cm. Production of all dimension for both antique style and modern style is possible.Another important point is that the products that are specially designed for villas,restaurants and offices are produced according to the dimension required.Special non reflecting matover glass or flotal mirror can be used for all frameworks.Even the pictures of our artist can be used instead of glass or flotal mirror but this would be subject to special price as these pictures are the original ones.But the matover nonreflecting glass and mirror are included into the price. All the gild kinds stated above are given only as examples and as the gilds include limitless colour and system alternatives our customers demands would be at the central point for ARTGLOBAL. IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS : Our prices include packing, insurance and freight. As a result of their high quailty, our products are in great demand in export markets. We allow you half of the invoiced amount for packing if you return the empty crates. Special order is acceptable : One of the main targets of our company is to make our clients happy with our products in all conditions and so that we can meet the demands of our clients for various sizes. Our prices include packing.( Four colour,full printed,super packing ). Our products are carefully tested to irısure quality before they leave the factory. Our packing is well suited for long distance shipments. (* ) We guarantee the replacement of defective products at no cost up to 12 months after delivery.
