High temperature resistant liquid-immersed transformer 10kv 30kva-3150kva 35kv 50kva-31500kva This product, SRN-M ¦Â liquid-immersed power transformer, is developed independently on the basis of production of SC 9dry type power transformer, S9 series oil-immersed transformer as well as SG 10 open-venting dry type power transformer by using advanced foreign technologies for references. It adopts both NOMEX® paper and high burning point oil, and improves its thermal rating and mechanical strength through using the technology of multiple immersing of grade-H solvent free impregnating varnish by a VIP vacuum-pressure equipment. It features pan seal in structure and adopts both air cushion type protection and pressure relief valve protection. Its high and low pressure bushings' chases are all of full insulation structure, which not only reduces its dimensions, but also ensures the personal safety. It is maintenance free and has a high overload capacity, allowing running in a long term with 120% load. The transformer body is designed as per S11 standards. Its no-load loss is 30% lower than that of S9 and its noise lower than 46dB.
